What I Do
I sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. My job is to take the complex and make it clear — then make it run.
Operating model redesign and multi-workstream delivery across Fortune 500 healthcare. I've led this work from kickoff through sustained adoption.
Decision forums, KPI dashboards, operating cadences. I build the infrastructure that gives leadership real-time visibility and keeps programs moving.
I take strategy off the slide deck and make it real. That means defining what "done" looks like, building the workflow, assigning ownership, and standing it up — in the real world, with real constraints.
SOPs, governance frameworks, reporting structures, RACI models, escalation paths. I build the operating infrastructure that programs need to run without constant intervention.
Plans don't deliver themselves. I manage the sequencing, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination that keep complex programs on track — from kickoff through close.
Change only counts if it holds. I design for adoption from day one — training, documentation, feedback loops, and the change management that keeps teams from reverting the moment the project closes.
C-suite stakeholder management across competing priorities. I get the right people in the room, drive decisions, and remove the blockers in the way.
GPO implementation across Premier, Vizient, HPG, and Argent — McKesson's proprietary GPO. Sales comp design, go-to-market redesign, and segment enablement at the enterprise level.
Lean Six Sigma applied to healthcare operations. I find the friction, fix the root cause, and build repeatable systems that don't break when one person leaves.
Turning executive priorities into executable roadmaps. I sequence dependencies, surface risks early, and keep the work tied to the business outcome.
